No — Clubs works as a standalone app. But if you want state shipping rules, compliance fees, and age verification automatically applied to every club order, add CrushSuite Compliance. When both are installed, club orders inherit your compliance rules with zero extra configuration.

Release Clubs are winery-curated: you select the wines, set a schedule, and members receive an allocation. Build-a-Box lets members pick their own wines from a curated catalog on a recurring cadence. You can run both models simultaneously.

When you create a release, members get a customizable window to adjust their selection. After the window closes, CrushSuite processes all charges in a single batch — one charge per member per release. Charges fire together, approximately 24 hours before the ship date. No staggered, unpredictable billing.

Yes. Create unlimited clubs with different wines, tiers, release schedules, and pricing. Each club has its own member base and customization settings while sharing the same Shopify infrastructure.

Failed charges are logged in the billing dashboard. The system follows Shopify's standard retry logic. You can also view and manage failed charges directly in your admin to follow up manually or trigger re-attempts.

Yes. Members can skip individual releases or pause their membership temporarily. Full lifecycle management: active, skipped, on hold, or cancelled. All status changes are reflected in Shopify's customer record.

Yes. CrushSuite Clubs works with every Shopify plan — from Basic to Plus. Some advanced checkout features are enhanced with Shopify Plus, but core club functionality is available on every plan.
